My name is Jodie Claypool and I am excited to be a Real Estate Broker assisting buyers and sellers with their needs. I have over 7 years of experience in the Real Estate business, mostly from working in a real estate attorney’s office enabling closings and issuing title insurance. Having worked on the attorney side of real estate transactions before becoming a licensed agent has provided me with experience and knowledge that other agents might not have. While negotiating a deal is a large part of the process there are other ways my collective seven years’ experience will benefit you. I am determined to find ways to make the selling or buying experience better for you. I am a dedicated, loyal person and will be there for you every step of the process.

My passion for Real Estate investments is a big contributor to getting my real estate license. I love the hunt of finding the next rental and when I travel to other cities, I’m always thinking of the marketability of the area for future investments. I truly believe with the right mindset and preparation anyone can be successful investing in real estate. Building a portfolio takes time and I am willing to share my knowledge with anyone interested in rental properties.
